Annapurna Base Camp Short Trek is a beautiful and popular trekking trail in Nepal. It is a flexible trekking route, which means you can trek on your own time. The trekkers can make this Short Trek or a long trek. Both are possible but it depends on your holiday time in Nepal.
We design the Annapurna Base Camp Trek Itinerary according to your holiday time and interest. Our ABC Short Trek starts from Ghandruk Village, after a drive or trek from Pokhara. Then continue to Chhomrong Village. It is a very nice village, from here you can enjoy seeing a great view of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Annapurna III, and Fishtail very close to your eye.
After the Chhomrong, our trekking trail leads us downhill to the river. After crossing the river we will continue to Sinuwa, Bamboo, Dovan, and Himalaya. Likewise, the trail leads us to continue to Deaurali, MBC then finally reach our final destination Annapurna Base Camp 4,130m.

Itinerary
Day 1, Arrival at Kathmandu Airport (1,400m) and transfer to hotel
We, Himalaya Darshan Treks heartily welcome you and your group to Nepal. One of our company staff will take you to your hotel in Kathmandu. The person will be waiting outside the baggage hall of the Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu, holding an A4-size paper with your name and our company name. So, you have to look for that person for your pick up from the airport. Your check-in at the hotel.
Day 2, Drive to Pokhara (850m) and Transfer to hotel.
After breakfast, we will drive to Pokhara for about 5/6 hours. The distance between Kathmandu and Pokhara is 200 kilometers. Your transfer to the hotel.
Day 3, Drive to Kot Danda and trek to Jhinu Danda (1,780m) Stay at the tea house.
After breakfast at your hotel, We will nice drive to Kot Danda by private vehicle. We have to drive from Pokhara to Nayapul on the road to Beni Baglung. Then from Nayapul, we will follow the Modi Khola valleys and drive through bumpy roads to Kot Danda. After that, a short trek to Jhinu Danda 1,780m. From here you can enjoy seeing the view of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli. Enjoy the natural hot spring, It is about 20 minutes descend from your hotel.
Day 4, Trek to Bamboo (2,370m). Stay at the tea house.
The trek from Jhinu Danda, steep ascends with the view of Annapurna Mountain vistas. The terrain then gets a little easier before it reaches Chhomrong Village. The village is the last one before ABC on the path. You can enjoy the beautiful mountain view of Fishtail, Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli from here. After some descent and ascends we will stop at Lower Sinuwa for lunch. After lunch, we will continue our trek through the beautiful forest from Upper Sinuwa through Kuldi Ghar to reach finally Bamboo.
Day 5, Trek to Deaurali (3,230m). Stay at tea the house.
After breakfast, we will start our journey to the Himalayan hotel and continue to reach Deaurali. walking through the beautiful forest and enjoy to seeing many birds and wildlife mainly white monkeys, and a waterfall. The jungle starts to get thinner and after passing through the Himalayas, the alpine vegetation can be enjoyed for the first time on the trek. In the Deaurali there are just 4/5 tea houses.
Day 6, Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m). Stay at tea the house.
Depending on the season, our journey today takes us along a trail that is frequently covered in snow to the Annapurna Base Camp 4,130m. You are fortunate to have awe-inspiring views of the massive mountain Annapurna I, 8,091m, and enjoy the breathtaking views of many other mountains. Enjoy the sunset and sunrise view of the Himalayas. We will reach our final and dream destination, Annapurna Base Camp 4,130m
Day 7, Trek back to Dovan (2,600m). Stay at tea house
Wake up early in the morning, and enjoy the magnificent view of Mt. Annapurna and other snow-capped mountains. The sunrise in the mountains is amazing from here. After enjoying the views, have breakfast at the hotel then we trek descend the same way back to Dovan. The pleasant walking through the lush forest is nice to enjoy seeing many birds and wildlife. Mainly the white monkey along the trail.
Day 8, Trek to Jhinu Danda (1,780m). Stay at the tea house
Today our trekking trail leads us to Jhinu Dada, through the same way some ascend and descend to Chhomrong. From Chhomrong Danda, we will follow a different trail all the way steep downhill to Jhinu Danda. After about 20 minutes of walking descend from the hotel to the natural hot spring. Lies on the river bank of Modi Khola fresh running water from Annapurna Base Camp. You can enjoy and relax with a bath here.
Day 9, Trek to Kot Danda and drive to Pokhara.
After breakfast, we will start our journey on a short descent and cross the very long bridge on the Kyumrung Khola then continue walking to Kot Danda. Then drive to Pokhara. You can enjoy a visiting look around Pokhara. It is a very nice tourist city in Nepal. You can enjoy and relax during your half-day at Pokhara.
Day 10, Drive to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Returning to Kathmandu entails a 7-hour trip through the Trisuli River and via numerous towns. You can spend your time relaxing or shopping for souvenirs to take home. In the evening, we will offer a goodbye dinner with cultural dance performances in a traditional restaurant to memorated your incredible journey.
